My Approach
Depending on your where you currently are with your offshore ServiceNow team, and your goals going forward, I can go in and do one or more of the following:
An independent and fair review of current team. Provide recommendations on who you should keep and which ones you should consider getting replaced.
Aligning the team with your established developer guidelines for ServiceNow.
Helping you establish those guidelines if not already clearly defined.
Optimizing performance of the team by identifying bottlenecks. This could be related to individual skills or it could be environmental circuimstances that the offshore partner should improve.
Providing mentorship and accelerated learning for fresh members of the team.
Turning Yes-People into Realistic-People: It can be difficult for an offshore team member to say no to the customer. Or things like, "this will take more time", "this is not realistic" etc. But the ability to say no and ask why (up to five times)Â is an important skill in the toolbag for any member of your ServiceNow team.
